What is the difference between Roman Catholicism and Chaldean Catholicism?
I came across the term Chaldean Catholicism on line somewhere, wasn't sure exactly what that is.
HM...if I knew all I was going to get told was "look in Wikipedia," I wouldn't have asked in the first place.
The Chaldean Church is in communion with Rome. It is also known as the "Chaldean Church of Babylon." The differences are mostly linguistic and some minor differences in ritual at their church services.
I have no idea there are far too many of these silly sects and cults all based on the unsubstantiated giant invisible sky fairy to keep up with them all. One gets the idea they could not agree on the co lour of shite let alone what their god is. :P
I am probably the only Chaldean answering this question, here it goes. We are not considered Chaldean Catholics we are Eastern-Rite Catholics. Like others said, look on wiped.DOAr me I believe this is all man-made, but thats just my opinion. Good Luck.
