Default SDA's -- The Roman Catholic Church decades ago instituted the option of attending Mas

accommodate their parishioners since they were losing so many members. Tell me then, do you believe the Catholics that attend Saturday evening Mass are real Christians but the ones that attend the same Mass on Sunday are false Christians?

Catholic Mass is on Every Day, three times a day, at the Vatican.

The day of the week has no bearing on your faith.

It is just a tradition.

I agree with William Donovan on this one -- there have been a lot of posts on here lately from SDA's suggesting that God is not honored by those who attend church on any day other than Saturday, but there is nothing in the Bible that would support this and plenty that states God looks at the heart of a man and not the outward appearance or works. Which would support that God is pleased whatever day His people come together to worship Him corporately...and He is God every day of the week regardless.

No, each person should be judged based on their actions, and that judgment will come from God, not from me or you, or anyone else.

I'm not part of the SDA Church, but I did want to clarify one point you mentioned.

The Catholic Church did not introduce Saturday Mass because she was losing members. The Church and her members consider it vital for our souls to attend Mass each week, but there are some professions that require Sunday work. For this reason, the Catholic Church introduced Saturday vigil Mass so that those working Sunday with no choice in the matter could still attend Mass weekly.

The Catholic Church did NOT institute Saturday evening masses because the Church was losing members, as you claim--it did so because of SOARING membership and overflow crowds. Lying for Jesus is still lying, bub.
