Do roman Catholics and regular Catholics believe in paganism?
All Catholics officially recognize the pope as the head of the Catholic church and the supreme spiritual authority on Earth.
I don't know what you mean by "believe in his headdress." His headdress exists. That doesn't take a lot of belief. But it doesn't do anything. It just sits there on his head
Paganism is, by definition, non-Christian religion, and Catholicism is a branch of Christianity.

Unless the Pope is wrong and is doing blasphemy that is against the original teachers, we do not follow him.
