Sundays and other "holy" days i.e. Christmas etc. It varies in different countries

Sacrament of reconciliation and Holy Mass before Easter and before Christmas from a Roman catholic, Jesuit, Redemptist, or accepted priest who keeps the vows including chastity and poverty.

More importantly, where are those things found in the Bible.

On the other hand, God's Holy Days are found in Leviticus 23.

Looks like the biggest differences are Australians' days do not include January 1st and December 8Th; neither the US nor Australia observe March 19Th; and Australians do include June 29Th.
