Read the link below.

http://catholiccitizens.org/press/contentview.asp?c=7706

To purchase the book:

Index of Leading Catholic Indicators by Kenneth C. Jones ($16.95 plus $3 postage and handling)
WNW.catholicindicators.com

This was published in 2002, however it was used in the "Ratzinger Report" from the Vatican in 2005.

I have the book if you have any specific question I would be happy to look it up for you and give you this books answer.
This book shows a major decline in every level of Catholicism, from priests, religious leaving. Drop in Mass attendance all since Vatican II which occurred in 1968. Vatican II was meant to be a 'springtime', I wonder what 'wintertime' is.

But Catholic have holy hope. We have a promise from Christ that the gates of hell should not prevail against It.
