Default What validity should I give to predictions made on my life by a possessed priest prac

About two years ago, I attended a Santeria ceremony of some sort to which I was invited by a friend who's cousins practice the religion. I was randomly approached by a 'priest' who appeared to be possessed by a deceased ancestor who had been invoked by a dance and song they did during the ceremony. The priest had been going around telling people unfortunate events coming to their lives in the near future, including a 17 yr old girl standing next to me who was told her unborn child would die, I never knew what happened with her. But anyway, the 'priest' approached me and pretty much spoke old Cuban sayings or riddles to me until someone came and translated, telling me I would contract a serious illness at age 19 and die and that I had no choice because I was destined for that to happen to me. I was shocked and felt scared so I left and refused to believe it but many have told me since then that Santeria is truth and that I should resort to someone who practices that religion for advice.

What validity should you give to this prediction?

None.

The only power they have is the power to make you believe. Don't believe it and there is no power in it.

Have you ever heard the spiritual idea that energy flows where your attention goes??

The more you think about this possibility, the more energy you give it! Stop thinking about it and you stop giving it energy.

Put your thoughts (and thus energy) into your happy, productive plans for the future! Think about the good things you can do for others and the world.

Finally, did you know that many so-called priests and shamans simply tell you these horrible predictions so that you will pay them to work their *magic* to stop it??? It's a scam. Don't fall for it.

Wishing you well!

I tell you the truth. Believe no spirit that brings bad news, for it is of evil. It intends to bring evil to you. If you accept it, you give that evil strength over your life. Deny what you have heard, view it as a lie. Seek protection from God. Satan comes to kill, steel, and destroy. Our father who is in heaven comes to bring life and bring it more abundantly (better quality). Seek the Lord God almighty with all your heart, mind, body, and spirit. I will pray to the Most High God for your protection against this evil.

I don't know what your beliefs are, but I assure you that Jesus is bigger than whatever gods they follow. However a curse could have been brought against you, so I would rebuke it in the name of Jesus. God bless.
