I don't get the lyrics of the song. Could somebody explain what they mean?

I guess it is about a girl who might be into voodoo, and talking about revenge either by Karma or violence (pop a cap in Sancho).

It's sort of about black magic and voodoo and such. Santeria it self is translated to "The Ways of the Saints". He is willing to try those things to get his girl back.
