I'm not sure what you want to know about what I think, so I'll just offer what comes to mind and hope for the best...
I've seen Santeria practiced in person. It's a very interesting belief system. It certainly has its beautiful points, but it also has some points that I find distasteful--namely, animal sacrifice. Of course, animal sacrifice is not universal in Santeria..at least one Santeria I know will not sacrifice animals because in her words, "if you offer the Krisha's blood once, then they'll develop a taste for it. Then when they demand it again, you have to give it to them."
As a belief system, I find it fascinating and worth your while to investigate. If you want to actually practice it, my suggestion is to find an experienced, practicing Santeria/santera and apprentice yourself.
