There's a big difference in all of those. They have different origins, different rituals, are or belong to different religions, from different parts of the world, etc.

(PS and Brujeria is just "witchcraft" in Spanish)

Voodoo (Vodun) and Santeria are both Christian pancreatic religions.

Spells, Witchcraft and Brujeria (as already pointed out is simply "witchcraft" in Spanish) are not religions at all but rather elements of other religions such as the aforementioned Vodun and Santeria as well as being components of Wicca and a multitude of Prue-Christian or tribal belief systems. Witchcraft can exist entirely separately from religion.

Yes, as previously mentioned they have different origins.

Santeria (Lucumi) is derived from the religion, Ifa, practiced by different Yoruba speaking villages in Nigeria. It was retained and altered due to circumstances by enslaved Africans. The central city in Nigeria where it is practiced is Ile Ifa (IILe IFA). Candomble in Brazil and Shango in Trinidad are also derived from the the Yoruba speaking villages.

Voodun is thought to originate in Benin. Some of the deities in Voodun and Lucumi may overlap, but they are different.

There is a distinction among practitioners of Ifa and a person who practiced witchcraft in Nigeria. A person who practiced witchcraft was thought to harm others.

Wicca seems to borrow from different practices throughout the world.
