Is this a prank or a santeria/voodoo/spell thing? Need answers please!!?

I just got home to my apartment this afternoon and found burnt paper, bones, and dog feces right outside my apartment door. It's close to the door and all in front of it, so I know it's not there by accident. I don't know if this was just a horrible prank, but the bones and the burnt paper have me worried. I don't know of anyone around here that would do something like that, or anyone that has an issue with me. I also clean up after my dog, so I don't think that someone is trying to send a message either. I was away all of yesterday and overnight (Christmas day), so I don't know if someone was just waiting for when I would be most likely to be away? All I know is that I'm really freaked out...!
And by the way, my Yahoo! name is from the Jimi Hendrix song... Lil so that's just a weird coincidence.
My dog has been with me since yesterday when I left the apartment. The stuff was all in a pile outside my door and in the crack of the door like someone was trying to stuff it under there.... And the bones are BIG ones.

I think your dog dumped them there. No telling what s/he ate with bones in it.

Could have just been some kids in the neighborhood. And perhaps someone else doesn't clean up after their dog and they think it's you.

If it doesn't repeat, I wouldn't worry about it.

You should photograph what you found, date the photograph, and alert your apartment management. I'm not educated enough about Santeria rituals to know the meaning of the bones and burnt paper, but if that had been left at my door, I wouldn't like it, either.

I'm thinking someone has a problem with you or your dog. i would keep a close eye on my pet when you let it out, people do cruel things to get back at persons and that is really sad when they could of just had a talk about it
