First you have to be a Roman Catholic. Secondly you have to be sponsored you person already in that cult. Thirdly you would have to take a series of secret oaths. Would you really kill your parents and loved ones if ordered by a cult boss?

Usually a break off of the catholic church, that specializes in worshiping the saints.. Why not go for the boss, Jesus is the one to worship, the saints are just small time losers.

Santaria is entered into by initiation by a high priestess. You need to be brought in and go through the teachings and lessons for whatever the length of time is. Just in case you didn't know, they practice animal sacrifice. Goats and chickens being the most widely sacrificed animals. It is a very intense and rich religion. If you haven't done any research yet, do some. Go to you local library and check out books, look on the Internet for information. Make sure this is the path you want to walk. The gods/goddess' of Santeria are many and have emotions. The do get offended if not treated with the proper respect. They incorporate both the Vodoun deities and Catholic Saints.

Why would you want to get into the Santeria Religon? Unless you are researching religions in general, my advice is to be care full becoming involved in any cult est type of a group. People tend to be swayed by those involved with a cult. My opinion is that Satin is very real and tries to convince as many people as possible to to look elsewhere than in churches that follow the gospel of Jesus Christ.
