Default Would you conceed that Satanism is a viable spiritual path?

It does, in theory, fulfill your desires for this world, and take you where you want o end up in the afterlife.

Edumacashun is good. No gods, no Satan, no afterlife. Satan is a symbol only.

Since Satan is a Deity in Christian mythology I'd say it is just another Xian path. More fun, perhaps, but just as ineffectual as the more conventional one.

Well I respect what they believe. If believe in their hearts, then I will respect them.

What exactly do you mean by Satanism? Not all Satanism is the worship of Satan. You might wish to check this out prior to assuming that you know whoa you are talking about.

I wouldn't consider it a viable path, but it is your choice. If you are completely into evil and committing evil acts that is a choice you have, although it will not get you very far in life.

Choosing Satanism is an act of defiance, and it won't get You anything but arrested after Your first sacrifice.

Choose the father of lies? And then believe any of the rest of that?

Yes it is a viable spiritual path and yes, it does in theory, fulfill your desires for this world, but in practice it actually doesn't. And, as for taking you where you want to end up in the afterlife, I think not.

The spiritual path of Satanism is the deification of self. As a viable path it will get you a very drama filled stay on death row that we call life.

I am not sure. I would have to talk to an actual true Satanist or read their bible and research it more to answer that.

Im Native American so I believe more in the Earth personally but that does not mean that God or Satan do not exist.

As to whether it is spiritual and Christian would tell you no of course, so to know you have to ask a non Christian and ask a TRUE Satanist not a Cultist Devil worshiper that is different than the church of Satan.

So it may be viable if a person believes it in their hearts, isn't that what being spiritual is anyways? Your personal belief in something special. Spiritual does not always mean good either.

Hope that helps. Sorry cant answer it straightly because I do not know but I know how i would go about finding out if they are.

(just so you know that "Die Elektrischen Vorspiele" means the electric foreplay" in German)

It may fulfill your desires in this world, but when you die, you will be sent to a very hot place that you won't like very much.

Apparently it works for some people, so I would have to say it is viable.

However, according to the definition I am using here for "viable", a spiritual path doesn't necessarily have to have any truth at its core to be viable. A viable spiritual path just has to have some people that are willing to follow it and whom it satisfies.

A spiritual path, in order to be viable, needs to be based on the ethic of reciprocity, which is "do unto others as you WOULD HAVE them do unto you" NOT "do unto others AS they do unto you."

No, evil is counterproductive in a society. A society based on Satanism would fail.

Santaism is definitely a viable spiritual path, but why would anybody want to worship some fellow who flies around with the assistance of magical reindeer visiting the homes of children while they sleep?

Satanism is a viable spiritual path. Ignore anyone that says otherwise, as they do not know anything about Satanism.

Satanism is about crossing borders and doing what few dare to do. It leads to power and self-fulfillment. There is no "hell" that you will be "damned" to, instead, you will become one with the anti-cosmic gods. You will become a god yourself (that is, if you practice the form of Satanism that I do (anti-cosmic Satanism)).

Contrary to popular belief, Satan isn't the "father of lies", the father of lies is "god". "God" says that he created the whole universe when he only created the Earth and the heavens. He says that non-believers go to hell, when in fact there is no hell. He is a filthy liar that has one goal: to have an army of slaves.

There was a time when I considered myself a follower of the "Left Hand Path", but I'm a wiser person now. Satanism, the kind practiced in America and the English speaking world, is based on the works of Anton LaVey. LaVey founded the Church of Satan in 1966 to cash in on the occult craze of the 1960's. LaVey's philosophy is one of hedonism and "free love" (hardly news for the 60's), and featured rituals with his nude wife and bare breasted female followers, which shows why males would want to join... even at the cost of $20 per meeting back then. LaVey didn't live up to his claims nor did he follow his own creed. Even though Satanism eschews charity of any kind, LaVey and his family lived on welfare and handouts during the late 70s-80s. Even though LaVey claimed Satanic magic could give "mastery of the earth", he still died bankrupt in a house he didn't own. LaVey lied about his accomplishments in life (i.e., an oboist for an orchestra, lion tamer, criminologist, etc.) and was in fact, just a high school dropout. While LaVey claimed he tried to "keep the nuts out" and disavowed criminal activity within his Satanic church, he admitted in several writings of engaging in a "cannibal feast" and forced females followers into prostitution... beating them when they did not bring back enough money. In the 1980s his common law wife Diane left him and sued, claiming LaVey beat her all during their relationship, which is confirmed by LaVey's children. LaVey claimed Satanists did not believe in harming children but according to his daughter Zeena, he was the passive witness to the molestation of his grandson Stanton, by a Church of Satan member. LaVey would reverse himself on many issues over the years. At first, the church of Satan welcomed gays and lesbians, but when LaVey saw the only people he could attract were mostly Neo-Nazis, his later writings gave hints of racism and of being anti-gay. After his death, the truth about him came out, but people still plunk down $7.95 for his "Satanic Bible", which is mostly plagiarized from other sources (Atlas Shrugged, Might Is Right, and the writings of Aleister Crowley) .

Here are some of the things the "Alien Elite" do. See if they don't sound psychotic and crazy:

Nude girl is used as an altar (found in both the Satanic Bible, & Satanic Rituals)
A human leg bone or arm bone is used in Homage to Tchort ritual (Satanic Rituals by LaVey, p.137)
Woman dressed as nun urinates before group into a bedpan in the Black Mass ritual (ibid, p.43)
Urine is then sprinkled like holy water (ibid, p.44)
Man climbs into coffin with nude woman (or nude man if he is gay) in Le Epais ritual (ibid, p.59).
A human skull is used in Die Elektrischen Vorspiele ritual (ibid, p. 109)

Or how about even cannibalism? (LaVey's "cannibal feast" of a human leg, Church of Satan/Barton(LaVey?), Secret Life of a Satanist/Barton (LaVey?), Satan Wants You/Lyons
