Does Anybody Know, and please for those who want to post unnecessary answers that are rude and useless, i don't have time for that. I want answers from real people.
At like any book store. They may have them. Not to sure though. They could be in the myth section.... seriously, that's were I found one a long time ago. It was a huge book.
EDIT* Oh, how mature... thumb me down because I'm Christian. Lovely.
Have you tried your local library? If the librarian looks at you strangely, just give her the Satanic sign of the inverted cross. She'll understand and grant you access to the secret room.

The great grimier is a great book to start. I do not believe in satanism but it doesn't harm to know about it
Books I'm not sure about - I'll star this and maybe someone will have a recommendation or two.
I have found this website to be fairly informative though - http://www.theisticsatanism.com/
I hope you realize that even the people that leave rude and useless comments are still real. But if you are looking for books, try a bookstore, I found a copy of the Satanic Bible in QBD. Other then that I really can't be of much help. I won't go AL preachy on you (not much anyway) but try not to do anything harmful. To other Or yourself.
"Theistic Satanism" is an oxymoron. There was no organized religion known as "Satanism" before the formation of the Church of Satan in 1966, and that was established as a non-theistic religion. I have yet to see any evidence to the contrary.
But I'll put that aside for the moment and try to give you a constructive answer...
If you're looking for books on devil worship, they're out there. The problem is trying to distinguish "legit" works from Christian propaganda. Then again, a lot of the rites of devil worship actually have their roots in Christian propaganda.
How about that Aquino fellow? And his organization, the Temple of Set? "The Coming Forth of Night" I think was the title of his book.
