Satanism is either:
A) The Legitimate Worship of Satan and His Demons and Demonesses in accordance with the wishes and teachings of Satanas-Luciferi, and as Humanity as the "Gods of the Earth", and the belief that Satan is the Creator of Mankind who empowers, protects and teaches those of us who give Him our respect (Traditional/Pagan Satanism) or...
B) The belief in Humanity as the only Gods that exist, AKA an Atheistic, Humanistic Group teaching belief in what we can see and from my experience, nothing more, greater or higher. Basically a form of Atheism with a heavy focus on Mythology and Symbolism (LaVeyan Satanism)
Luciferianism is the belief in Satan as the "Devil" or as a Fallen Angel who was defeated and cast out of Heaven by God. It's basically another name for Devil Worship, includes Ritual Slaughter, and at times other Ritual Crimes as well, which is one more reason that it's NOT Legitimate Satanism, no matter what they try to tell you. Many of them wear Satanist Symbols believing themselves to be Real Satanists, but in truth they don't know the first thing about Satan. In spite of the fact that Satanas-Luciferi was one of the Original Pagan Gods of Humanity, they teach the Xian Interpretation, or rather the Complete Misrepresentation of Satan.
Basically, Luciferians are the same as any other Devil Worshippers: a group of Angry Xians that think that by doing some of the disgusting things they do, they are making themselves the "Enemies of God". They don't seem to understand that "The Devil" is a Xian Invention, made up to scare people away from Pagan Ways of Life. Don't let 'em fool ya, they're not one in the same with Satanists.
*spitefully blessed - Actually, Theistic/Traditional Satanists recognize Lucifer as an Aspect of Satan, so the assessment that we worship Satan instead of Lucifer would be incorrect. We just have a much more accurate, legitimate and true way of Worshipping Satan than the Luciferians, who I've heard speak of committing Torture, Rape, Slaughter and other viscious Ritual Crimes in their Rituals and Ceremonies.
