I'm hoping some Satanists can help me. I am a 25 y.o. male. I'm attractive and not a looser. I am over educated and under employed, as they say (although I didn't really go to college, but I read a lot). . I've been practicing Satanism for many years now, but I cannot get my spells to work. Satanists told me I did not have to get all the stuff mentioned in the Satanic Bible, but my spells never seemed to work. So decided to get everything. I got the gong Baphomet ,sword , bell, etc. I was even able to get my stepsister to be the Altar! She was a stripper and she looks good, so it wasn't that. She agreed to do it because she wanted to conjure up the devil on Haloween but I told her didn't work that way. I still can't get my spells to work (even tho I have tried). I'm starting to think this stuff doesn't work. I know it's a philosophy, but it seems like I could do whatever I want to do anyway and not call myself a Satanist. Any advice? Hail Satan!
And for you who said Satanists do not believe in spells, that is not true. The Satanic Bible is very specific about what to wear, when to cast the spell, if the spell is for compassion, destruction, or sex, etc. Obviously Dr. LaVey meant for this stuff to work..
satanism is mainly to ridicule Christianity. all of their beliefs are exactly the opposite of what the bible says, have you noticed this? for example, dint lust. during some of the 'services' they put a women up in front of the congregation if you could call it that, for everyone to lust after. its really a sick cult, i feel sorry for these people

i am by no means a satanist, but i have researched it. and if you were a true satanist you wouldn't believe in spells, Lil. satanism is a religion like any other, they dint sacrifice animals or cast spells. its the most misunderstood religion on the planet. have fun with yours spells there Mr. potter.
I'm not a satanist...though it's a very interesting religion. I am a pagan. When casting, it is not the ritual that matters, as long as you believe in what you are doing. If you cast and believe then you send out the power into the world and hopefully it will full fill itself. If you don't believe in the spells you are casting then of course it will not work, because there is no power behind the spell.
I hope that you are sending good power when you are casting, it makes the world a better place and yourself a better human.
How quickly do you expect your spells to work? If they are anything like spells cast by Wiccans then they take at least a month to kick in.
Do you use correspondences? Maybe you should.
Another thing to take into account is that the tools are literally just that... tools. The real power lies with you. You have to truly believe the spell will work rather than simply hope. What are you thinking when you perform the spell? Are you thinking hard enough about your goal.
I confess that Satanism is not my field as I'm more of a textbook witch. But try it.

I have a solution to your problem, and it's right there in front of you. JUST FU CK YOUR STEP SISTER! Then you'll get laid and won't have to cast love spells (luck BSA ta rd, I wish I has a Honey stripper step sister!). She isn't related to you by blood, so it isn't incest (and even if she was, hell, she's a stripper)..
Then put her lazy as s to work in a strip club and bring back some money for you! That solves your money problems. If she won't, take a page out of Dr. Anton's book and turn Mr. hand into Mr. Fist!

***First of all its "loser," not "looser." Additionally, "educated" is spelled "educated." I don't know what books you read, but the dictionary is not among them.
The problem with the term "Satanism" is two-fold.
First, the term itself is defined within a certain set of prescribed limitations that are created by the "other side," so to speak. In other words, the so-called Christians (most of whom are anything but Christian, by the way...) frame the context of the debate by la belling Satanism as something "bad."
Second, the term itself lends itself to any number of caricatures and labels that simply aren't the case, thus leaving a solid definition next to impossible in to days medieval society.
However, for our purposes here, you are complaining that your spells don't work? That's funny, my Will works beautifully--sometimes TOO well, I'm afraid. Who would have thought?
