Your assertion that atheists are secret Satanists might have come from teachings based on Bible passages such as "He that is not with me is against me" (Matthew 12:30 and Luke 11:23), which seem to encourage believers not to see those who don't believe as they do as neutral but as enemies. I do agree that atheists often rely on faith just as much as religious people; inasmuch as you can't prove God does or does not exist.

I see no reason why someone can't believe in both science and religion. Scientific theories aren't always reliable; they are often pr oven wrong when a better theory comes along. Science is always a "work in progress" as far as I'm concerned.

It is the most accurate way we have of explaining our perception of the universe. Nature does not care whether you live or die.- That's the harsh reality.
