The Pokemon Alakazam's head is a goat head pentagram, sometimes considered symbolic of the demon Baphomet and very common as a religious symbolism amongst Satanists.
Want proof? I overlaid said pentagram on top of the Pokemon Alakazam's head:

"I knew little about Pokemon. My first exposure was when my son won a Pokemon GameBoy. I let them watch the show. Then my 9 year old began to play and it was all he did. I became concerned and watched the show for myself. It was appalling. The boy was "possessed" (their word). He was levitating. An evil ghost was trying to take them away. Two of the older boys were becoming charmed by this ghost. The girl tried to scare the ghost away using various charms, garlic, etc, and finally pulled out a cross. I do not like the cross being on the same level as just another charm. It belittles what Jesus did for us. I threw the GameBoy cartridges in the burn barrel, much to the dismay of their classmates. I just could not in good conscience promote this by giving them away. It is not just a cartoon, and they ARE directly assaulting our children and beliefs. We are influenced by what we see. Just ask the advertisers."
I... think you need to do something better with your time.
And that it's a coincidence.
Perhaps it was intended to be shaped like a star, but as a pentagram... it's a little far-fetched, don't you think?
i think Ur just digging, the artist may have just wanted to create a character with the head of a ram, that has nothing to do with the fact that some other religious thing has the same shaped face, i hate it when people do things like this, trying to spoil innocent fun by drawing demon is comparisons, i accept and respect the religions of others, but it is unfair to impose these beliefs on others in this way.
I'm not surprised. God told me when they first came out, that they were 'demonic'. Sure wish more people would take the time to ask Him for His wisdom on things such as this, as well as all the other stuff that comes so 'deceptively' from the 'pit'. Thanks for revealing the obvious to the 'oblivious'!
