I found "WWB" and the "B" was upside down with a pitchfork over the top if it, on the street near me, spray painted, doe sit mean anything or someones own TXT meaning?

pitchfork drawing sounds like a gang to me, I am pretty positive it is not Voodoo, doubt it is satanism either. Folk, and Crips both use drawings of pitchforks.

The meaning is that danger will come to those who are bad. if you are a good person than you will be fine! Don't worry about it!

I know Gangster Disciples (GD) use the pitchfork. WWB is probably the local branch of GD. GD is a black gang.
