If this is a serious question then no, you don't need to be circumcised to be a satanist, as much as I don't believe in Satan you should do what your true faith is. If that is Satanism then all luck to you. One thing I'm certain ed of that is, if you want to become an official satanist you must have a ceremony either by cult or anti Christ church (If there is one by your local area) Otherwise groups of well experienced satanists can make it for you, I'm unsure what it is they have to do, I think you have to be touched or marked by the devil.. at least that's what they did in earlier times..
