What's this Church of Scientology about?

This guy I know keeps pestering me to take some classes. I visited the web site and can't make head nor tails of "fixing" myself, plus looks like it cost some major bucks to mess around with these people. I tell him to leave me alone, but they don't seem to understand "go away". Is there legal recourse, restraining order Watt???/

yes there is legal recourse, if you live in the UK its called harassment and stalking.

Scientology is about making money keep away from them.

Scientology makes its money by selling products and services for "hidden truths and mysteries." . The more you pay the closer you get to knowing all the "secrets" of enlightenment and eternal life that the founder claims he learned on spiritual adventures in outer space.

It's a spiritual program but it sure isn't the Holy Spirit and their God is a mortal.
