Scientology is retarded. it was invented by a science fiction writer...hello. All religions are made up tho. Scientology is just new enough that most people are aware of exactly how contrived it is.
It's the one true religion of course.

They are all the one true religion.
And all so believable for it.
about as true as every other religion in existence, we are all looking for answers, the only thing that does make sense is a lack of religion.....or god....in my opinion...
if it pressures you into believing it, or makes you pay to be a part of it, or pay for it at all, then i say, dint dew it!!!
My theory was that Hubbard made the whole thing up to prove how easily manipulated people are. Put together a bunch of fantastical claims, throw in a bunch of moral rules and regulations, call it a religion, and people will fall for it. Just ask Beck and Tom Cruise.
If it is what they believe in, who can say it's fiction or true, there is no proof behind any religion ..I do know that thankfully it keeps a large part of the population in control and the world safer for for our species.
