Tried looking up for you, but, couldn't find any info.

My best advise is contact any Japanese cultural place, & see if they have any info for you.

There's one in Wailuku,Maui, Hawaii. But I don't know how open they would be to having non-members hold a wedding there. If you're not Japanese, it may not be possible.
