In the Shinto religion, they either worship their ancestors or nature. While in Christianity we worship the God who created both nature and human kind. Read the book of Genesis for more proof ( in the Holy Bible).

Shinto sounds like a religion to me. Most pagan religions worship creation and not the Creator.

Christians worship the Creator.

I'm a Shintoist in japan, it's basically quite different from Christianity. Shinto has multiple deities(or parts of one extreme existence); they live with us; you will be one after death; they also train themselves to get mentally higher. we also have "seances," the number is rare, though. they get possessed with our ancestors, and we are allowed to talk with them. of course we can get information that the "seances" themselves cannot have known before.
