Default Japanese culture that has been influenced by Shinto?

I am doing an oral presentation on how a Japanese religion or philosophy has influenced their culture. I have been thinking about doing Onsen's, Origami or Geisha's but I have to talk for around 10 minutes and I just don't see how I could stretch these topics out. Any ideas?

Ps. I don't really want to do the Samurai as most people will be doing it (:
I think the victory Mosque is Muslim not Shinto, but thanks anyway (;

I actually heard that the mikes which used to be a fairly religious position is now being treated as a side job for female college students.

You could say that the Shinto religion is the Japanese culture because Shinto is about how you live your life. You should be able to find plenty of material here:

You're problem will be how to limit the talk to 10 minutes.

Note that Miko perform the Kagura dances as a part of Shinto rituals, in some rituals they do more. They also perform various administrative functions at the jink (shrine). A Miko must "retire" at 25 which is why there are only young Miko. The priests (whether male or female) also perform administrative functions but there isn't any age limit.

In ancient times Miko were used as oracles but that hasn't occurred for over 1000 years. These days oracular functions are performed by religious specialists who are only loosely associated with a jink or not associated at all.
