It isn't so much that they are obsessed with sex, it is that they want to control every aspect of your life.

From my understanding of Buddhism- ALL desires including sex is bad... you are supposed to give up ALL earthly desires or you will not reach Nirvana. That includes even married sex.

its because they are ways of life, so they have to be very strict and to the point.

I'd rather live by a true AbrahamICCeligion than some man made religion like Buddhism. such religions have no true rules and therefore allow their followers a way out in things such as sex. that's why the weak choose such religions.

In Buddhism we choose to be celibate or not. This can be as an offering to all sentient beings. We control ourselves, and use what is termed as sexual energy to attain enlightenment, via meditation and secret practice. We also accept, and try to understand all sentient beings, with compassion. Therefore how can we say that homosexuality is wrong? Also how can we say that heterosexuality is wrong? We all need to be born.
