How would you practice Shinto in the west?

I'm interested in learning about maybe a modern form of Shinto.

A rock garden, or some rock n roll... just find some rocks to worship.

By ballet dancing in a farm.

Shinto is just worship of the spirits but designed for specifically for Japanese. Every culture has its own form of shamanism or spirit worship, just find an analogue for your own culture. The Shinto gods have most power only in Japan, in other areas of the world there are local gods that you would be better to acknowledge.
