Are there any Shinto texts (i.e. Bible)?

I know it doesn't have a Bible exactly, but are there any old spiritual texts in Shinto? Cite your sources if you can. Thanks so much!

The two i know of for sure is the Kojak ( record of ancient matters) and the Rikkokushi (forgot what it translated to) there are many others but these two my uncle talks to me about a lot, he moved to japan 12 years ago originally as an English teacher but ended up marrying my aunt there and having kids but shortly after his marriage he converted to Shintoism/ Buddhism.

Shinto is different than other religions in that it has no sacred texts, no founder, no commandments, no concept of original sin, and has not much about life after death. This allows Shinto to be relevant to each time period including--perhaps especially--our own.
