Does anyone know of articles about Shinto religious symbolism in anime?

I read an interesting article about the Shinto/anamistic religious symbolism in the Myasaki(Sp?) movies, Kiki's Delivery Service, Castle in the Ski, Princess Nausica, etc., and was wondering if anyone had any other references to articles or books that talk about things like that.

here is a Viki article on the on a form of meditation that is common in most Aime. Its called Fuji-in. A text called Kojiki, or "Book of ancient matters" is important to the Shinto but is not sacred.

I tried Shinto and Miyazaki, there were just so many I couldn't' weed them all out without knowing exactly what you wanted to know about it, but there is plenty on Shinto in Aime.

I'm not sure if this is what you mean, but the two known juts of the Mangekyou Sharingan (Naruto) are named for Shinto Gods. It's those names that started the theory that Itachi would be the one to kill Orochimaru.
