India most likely, as well as in Europe and North America (any secular country, really). In fact, in the new Mazankowski Heart Health Centre in Edmonton has a Meditation Garden named after Guru Nanak in it. Sikhs across Canada raised around $4 Million for the construction of it, and believe me, it's really nice. I spent quite a lot of time in there when my dad was having an episode of rejection.

Sikhs always believed in India as their motherland , but unfortunately we have always been cheated .
If you look at history of India 300 years ago , you will see that Afghans , Arabs & many other Muslim superpowers have tried their best to loot India and even tried their best to convert people at the tip of sword .
Hadn't it been for Sikhs , India was surely an Islamic country today much like Saudi Arabia.
Our Gurus & Sikhs fought against this tyranny . Sikhs protected Hindus & this is a FACT . I am not boasting !
But , in 1984 , they stormed our holiest shrine , Golden temple and almost brought down Akal Takht , a very historical building in Sikhism which was established by 6Th guru himself .
The pool around golden temple got filled with blood & urine as so many innocent Sikhs were killed by Indian army , an army which Sikhs served & still serve .
Later that year , there was a genocide of Sikhs in which more than 5000 Sikhs were killed.

Sikhs are also called Sada's. It is a proverb in Punjabi, " You will find Sada's and potatoes in every part of world." Sikhs are present in about every country. Majority of them in India, followed by US, England, Canada etc.
