Default Christians: Why christianity and not islam? Why not sikhism?

Why are people in the middle east Muslims and not Christians? Are you smarter than those people?

There's no evidence for either (hence the term "faith") so how do you choose one over the other? Why doesn't everyone choose yours if it's so obvious?
I realize there are Christians in the middle east, there are also Muslims in America. But they both make up less than 1% of their respective populations.

Again: Why does 99% of the middle east believe in Islam? Are you smarter than all of those people? Your belief systems are equally valid, both having no evidence to support them
Of course people follow the religion of the region. But if Christianity is the ONE TRUE RELIGION, why does only 1/6Th of the world follow it?

Um, you better check your facts again; there are Christians in Muslim lands.

They're just very quiet about it.

They want to keep their heads attached, you know?

Jesus Christ is the ONLY figure in all of history that ever made a statement such as this:

Jhn 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man comet unto the Father, but by me.

So that's who gets all my faith!

People over there have risk being killed if they become a Christian , so I would say it isn't that easy. Also, how can they know about Jesus if they haven't ever heard about him.

The Bible clearly states in multiple places that it is the inspired word of God, and you do not need any other book, and any other book claiming you need it to is lien.
That's why a lot of Christians don't like the beliefs of Mormons,LDS, JW's etc. cause they all try to add to the Bible and say that the Bible isn't enough.

And While Jesus clearly claims to be God multiple times, the Koran says he was just a "good prophet"

Not sure I understand you because your question is a little corkscrewed, but I'll try. People usually follow the religion that is in their geographical area There are some Christians in the Middle East, but more Muslims because more people like that religion there. I dint get the statement about being smarter. Is who smarter than who? No evidence for either what? Why doesn't everyone chose what? Christianity? Islam? Sikhism? As I said before, people generally follow the religion they are raised in. Can you imagine a 5 yr old Muslim child jumping up and saying :"Hey! I want to be a Catholic!" Aint gonna happen

"Why does 99% of the middle east believe in Islam?"

Because if don't you are either persecuted to a point that you can't earn enough money to survive or you are murdered as a infidel.

Islam, a religion of tolerance and love. Where they murder non-Muslims, homosexuals, women that want an education, caught in adultery or even marrying a non-Muslim

I don't think it is a matter of discussion. After all religions are the grant of that almighty God, which is one and only one. The true matter to discuss is that in a particular religion, how far one goes deeply in the literature provided by the concerned prophets. Whether they read it, or understand the message and whether they implement it in real life. No religion teaches their followers to murder the people of other religion or think them the worst. Therefore certainly 99% of the people adopt the religion of that region where they belong to, but I console 99.999.....% do not follow their religion in the true sense.
