they are all false religions

The following Scriptures can be helpful to this question:

'Without God we are nothing, without Christ we have no hope'

'Everytime a Christian is persecuted, mocked, slandered or hated the bible is pr oven to be true'

"The fear of God is the beginning of wisdom" "The fool says in His heart there is no God"- The Bible.

"Many will be purified, made spotless and refined, but the wicked will continue to be wicked. None of the wicked will understand, but those who are wise will understand."-Daniel 12:10

Multitudes who sleep in the dust of the earth will awake: some to everlasting life, others to shame and everlasting contempt. Those who are wise will shine like the brightness of the heavens, and those who lead many to righteousness, like the stars for ever and ever. -Daniel 12: 2-3

I watched as he opened the sixth seal. There was a great earthquake. The sun turned black like sackcloth made of goat hair, the whole moon turned blood red, and the stars in the sky fell to earth, as figs drop from a fig tree when shaken by a strong wind. The heavens receded like a scroll being rolled up, and every mountain and island was removed from its place. -revelations 6:12-14

From the sky huge hailstones, each weighing about a hundred pounds fell on people. And they cursed God on account of the plague of hail, because the plague was so terrible.-Revelations 16:21

They were not allowed to kill them but only to torture them for five months. And the agony they suffered was like that of the sting of a scorpion when it strikes. During those days people will seek death but will not find it; they will long to die, but death will elude them. Revelations 9:5-6

The same way you're similar to your mother and father - respectively.

I believe it is a religion born out of the 2, From the existence of both Hindus and Muslims in India.

But I am not really sure, I just know that there is a lot where I live, and they seem pretty nice.

@Justen- Sikhs do see themselves as "soldiers of god", they are peaceful, but I do think they are potentially battle minded.

I don't see much similarity to Islam at all. Sikhism is above all peace-loving.

the holy text of Sikhs (guru grant sahib) was partially written by Hindu Brahmin's thus there are many similar thoughts between Sikhism and Hinduism. Hindus and Muslim believe in one supreme god though the name may be different. Both religions believe in peace. Also, Hindus believe that god is in everything and everything is god. Muslims believe everything is god's. Just a difference of 's.
I personally feel that we (society) should focus on the similarities of these religions and not the differences as this is just driving man apart from each other and creating unnecessary conflicts. Love not hate, tolerance not ignorance, peace not war.

All religions share some ideas with others, Sikhs are the same.
Like Hindus, they believe in Karma, I think all religions believe in it, whatever you sow, you will reap the same. Sikhs here are more like Christians who seek forgiveness and grace of God.
Like Muslims, they believe in Holy scriptures and divine revelations but unlike them no angel delivered them to Gurus, Gurus received it directly.
Like Hindus they cremate but Sikhs consider nothing is left in dead body, any good disposal method can be used. Sikhs ridicule burying and theory that dead will wake up one day or Jesus will come and take all his followers to heaven.
Like Muslims they believe in giving donations and charity work.
Like Muslims they believe in brotherhood and no caste ism but there is no infidel class according to Sikhism. Like Buddhists Sikhs give more stress on awakening of mind.
Like Hinduism, Sikhs believe in meditation, but here meditation is more about practicing Guru's word in daily life.
Like both these religions Sikhs believe in prayer.
Like Both these religions, Sikhs believe in Gurus. Here in Sikhism, Rasla is Guru.
