I have seen a lots of sikhs wearing big turbans , but they dont wear it to show it off to other ppl , but they do it to show it To Guru Gobind Singh ji, Becoz according to their belief Guru ji Used to love Big Beautiful turbans.

This is an understanding in Punjab that God loves beautiiful pagris.
And I have also heard that ppl in old times used to dress in Big turbans to make Guru ji Happy.
So if this Sikh is wearing big turban out of love for Guru ji and he has Gurmukhi jeevan and this person is someone who loves God and he has a good kamai of naam then, he is way way way better then rest of us wasting our time here on Yahoo answers fighting with each others
And laughing at him makes you "A Sant Ka Nindak" And i believe you dont want to be that.
Gurumukh never does anyones ninda. He actually dont even speak very much. he chooses his words very wisely. he doesnt have time for ninda or ustat of any one. He realizes how little time he has in this short life span.
But today In Ahankaar we think we know everything , we are always right and we are very spiritual and close to God, but trust me veer ji our Sitting here and getting indulged in various useless things on net proves only one fact that either we think that we hav attained enough spirituality that any one can attain or we are ignorant , thats why we do such things.

Naam di kamai hi age kam ani hai naaki ninda te kise da majaak uda ke kita time waste.
