Default Sikhism : Are such illogical things accepted in Sikhism ?

Giani Thakur Singh ( a Sikh scholar ) was doing Katha on disarm Grant and he mentions that Guru Gobind Singh once asked a knowledgeable person about how moon got blemishes , etc .
The knowledgeable person knew not the answer . Guru Gobind Singh gave the answer as "The moon seduced wife of others and got blemished for the act ." Was this supposed to be a mere story for moral ?
In Charitropakhyan ( part of dasam granth ):
" Oh my son , so long as there is life in your body,
you promise to enhance love with your own wife , But never even by mistake , bed with else's wife (51)
By relishing else's wife , Indra , was showered with "female genitals " . By relishing else's wife , Ten headed ravan lost his ten heads "

Please, read the Gospels, and discover the sweet reasonableness of Jesus.

It's totally true. If you do do not understand it, this is because you are Not spiritually advanced enough to do so. God is beyond your understanding and the fact that you do not understand these words prove that these are the words of god. I'm kidding. I respect the Sikhs type people I've ever met because they were advanced in the kinds of practices I was trying to engage in at the time. I never got into the teachings so far as what you just mentioned. Good luck.

Bro these stories are for moral purposes.. yeah doesn't sound nice to read but what is being said is correct.. our Guru Ji wants us to only be loyal to our partner and not look at sum1 Else's partner with lustful intentions or get up to lustful intentions with others... and then makes his point by referencing to people who have done wrong and then their punishment

Its impossible and Kori Bakwaas, the scripture contained in Dasham Granth is it self under dispute amongst learned Sikh Scholars, whether all the matter contained therein is written by Guru Gobind Singh Jo, since Dasham Granth is not bind ed by Guru Jo instead a Sikh had come to Mataji and taken permission to bind different matter at one place, after Guruji had left the physical body.
While assessing the genuineness of scripture we should always compare that with Guru Granth Sahib, no doubt Chaupayi Sahib, Sawayye, Jaap Sahib etc etc are exactly in accordance with Shabad Guru, Guru Granth Sahib. Remember the delusion of mind is not expelled till we do not start meditation on name of supreme Lord God.

Engrossed in desire, I enter not strange house. The Name has stilled my desire. ?? ????? ??? ???? ?????? ???? ??? ?? ??? ? Within my mind, the Guru has shown me the Lord's abode and my soul is imbued with equipoise, O brother. ?? ??? ???? ??? ???? ?? ????? ??? ??? ??? Thakur Singh is known for this. Once I had a chance to meet him, I raised three questions from the one lecture of him, he delivered in congregation:
I asked him, " You told in the sang at, devotes showered Amrit when Santa Sunder Singh did Katha but Urbain says sonar Minoan amrit khojdey- Devtas do not have amrit, how can they shower?" He was baffled and said, devtas do not have naam amrit which is available from Guru only.
Second question was from his story, he told in sangat that Guru hargobind said, garud puran is true. I said, Guru Hargobind could not say this because Garud puran is considered as a dialogue between garud, a bird and its rider Vishnoo and it glorifies donations to brahmans. again he twisted his story.
The third point was from his katha, there are normal brahmgianis and there is gurmakh brahmgiani. I said, " It means there are manmukh brahmgianis too and what about brahmgiani ooch tey oocha" his answer was "There are nine categories of brahmans and so on." I spent hours with him, discussing on various topics. The next time, he saw me in the sangat he got upset and said, " there are some people, who just criticize others, just ignore them".
