Default i want to become a punjabi to follow sikhism!!how i can do this?

I think you want to learn Punjabi before Sikhism. Yes it is not necessary to become Punjabi, translations of Sikh history, code of conduct and Urbain are available. You need to attend local Punjabi school to learn Punjabi. You may go to local hardware for this or even on line Punjabi tutorials are available.

Well , Sikh Scriptures are written in Punjabi language .
But , there are English / Spanish translations available of Holy Sri Guru Granth Sahib ( scripture of Sikhs ) and also translations of Sikh code of conduct .
But I am not discouraging you from learning Punjabi , in fact at one point of time , you will have to learn it in order to read Sikh scriptures ( translations don't work at spiritual level ).
You don't need to be from Punjabi culture background or from India to become a Sikh .
There are a lot of white and some black Sikhs as well.

I want to appreciate you if you want to follow the great religion,SIKHISM.Being a Sikh,I will advice You that 1st of all go to local hardware to know that what lifestyle will you have to accept.It is not difficult to become a Sikh but only thing you should take in consideration that After becoming a pure Sikh,PLEASE...... follow the pure lifestyle of Sikhs.
To become a Punjabi,You should respect Punjabi culture.If you want to learn Punjabi then you should contact to Local Gurudwara's 'Bhai sahib' .He will answer every question of yours in best way. AND you can also learn Punjabi by taking tut ions.
