Control by guilt. Don't you feel guilty just for asking?

JUDAISM
- says that no human can ever die for the sins of others
CHRISTIANITY
- says that Jesus died for the sins of mankind

JUDAISM
- says that all humans are born pure, and innocent
CHRISTIANITY
- some say that all humans are born with 'original sin'.

JUDAISM
- says that G-d would never allow/enable a 'virgin birth'
CHRISTIANITY
- says that Mary gave birth, though a virgin

JUDAISM
- says that no man gets a 'second coming'
CHRISTIANITY
- says that Jesus will have a 'second coming'

JUDAISM
- says that every human should speak directly to G-d
CHRISTIANITY
- Jesus claims in the 'new testament' that the 'only way' to G-d is via him

JUDAISM
- says G-d is one, indivisible, cannot be separated into three aspects/incarnations
CHRISTIANITY
- some sects speaks of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit

JUDAISM
- says that we are ALL equally G-D's children
CHRISTIANITY
- says that Jesus was 'god's son' above all others

JUDAISM
- has no concept of 'hell'
CHRISTIANITY
- *some* Christians believe non-believers go to 'hell'

JUDAISM
- has no 'devil', the Jewish 'Satan' is just an ordinary angel, under G-D's control
CHRISTIANITY
- describes 'Satan' as a devil and 'fallen' angel

JUDAISM
- the 'messiah' will be a normal, mortal man who must fulfill all the Jewish messianic prophecies in one normal, mortal lifetime
CHRISTIANITY
- Jesus was the 'messiah' and will fulfill the prophecies when he 'returns'

JUDAISM
- says that the righteous of ALL faiths will reach 'Gan Eden' or 'garden of Eden'.
CHRISTIANITY
- some Christians insist that only those who 'know Christ' can reach heaven

JUDAISM
- forbids Jews from trying to convert anyone to Judaism
CHRISTIANITY
- believes in actively 'witnessing' and encouraging people to convert to Christianity

JUDAISM
- no concept of original sin
CHRISTIANITY
- some sects of Christianity believe in ?original sin? to justify the need for a savior. Others believe that humankind cannot keep from sinning and requires a savior to cleanse them.

Thanks Paperback for the majority of this with some tweaking by Qua Patet Orbis and Myself.

Hinduism Sikhism and Buddhism originated in India. Sikhism and Buddhism originated from Hinduism. They believe in rebirth and escaping from cycle of death and birth.
Christianity Islam and Judaism are called Semitic religions. Christianity and Islam originated from Judaism. They believe in one life After death one will go to heaven or hell.

You question must have been the other war round like which sounds Humanity.
What is common between Hinduism / Sikhism / Buddhism / Christianity / Islam / Judaism ?

Well, I think that all the religions of the world share a few similar and most important concepts! There is no religion that would try to convince that doing Evil is actually good and vice-verse. I think the main difference is in all the word that is used for some sort of divine being God, whatever u name it...) that represents the highest good to all of them.
I think that a mountain is a very good example to explain how these religions are connected: There are innumerable ways to the top of the mountain and each of this ways is a certain religion but all of those paths lead to the same top and all religions basic aim at the same goal
Do - Good, Keep away from Evil and practice compassion this is the basis of all the religions around the world!
If 12 people stand with uniforms can you tell how many are Hinduism's / Sikhism's / Buddhism's / Christianity's / Muslim's / judaism's
What do you say ?

All religions do not point to God. All religions do not say that all religions are the same. At the heart of every religion is an uncompromising commitment to a particular way of defining who God is or is not and accordingly, of defining life?s purpose.

Anyone who claims that all religions are the same betrays not only an ignorance of all religions but also a caricatured view of even the best-known ones. Every religion at its core is exclusive.
But the concept of ?many ways? was absorbed subliminally in one?s life as a youngster. One is conditioned into that way of thinking before he or she had found out its smuggled prejudices. It takes years to find out that the cry for openness is never what it purports to be. What the person means by saying, ? you must be open to everything? is really, ?You must be open to everything that I am open to, and anything that I disagree with, you must disagree with too. ?

Indian culture has that veneer of openness, but it is highly critical of anything that hints at a challenge to it. It is no accident that within that so-called tolerant culture was birthed the caste system. All-inclusive philosophies can only come at the cost of truth. And no religion denies its core beliefs.

Jesus on the other hand:

Historians, poets, philosophers-and a host of others have regarded Him as the centerpiece of history. He himself made a statement that was very dramatic and daring when He said to the apostle Thomas, ? I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me ? (J 14:6). Every word of that statement challenges the fundamental beliefs of the Indian culture, and in reality, actually stands against an entire world today.

Just look at the implicit claims in that statement. First and foremost, He asserted that there is only one way to God. That shocks post-modern moods and mind-sets. Hinduism and Bahaism have long challenged the concept of a single way to God. The Hindu religion, with its multifaceted belief system, vociferously attacks such exclusivity.

Islam say:
?Fight against such of those who have been given the Scripture (Christians & Jews) as believe not in Allah nor the Last Day, and forbid not that which Allah has forbidden by his messenger, and follow not the religion of truth??
Please note that there is not a single verse in the entire Christian Bible that contains this ?open-ended?, universal command to kill/or be ruthless to unbelievers. Surah 47:4 say: ?When you meet the unbelievers, smite at their necks??

Hinduism say:
The teaching: (all is God and God is one) contradicts polytheism "Both of these positions cannot be true at the same time. If all is God, then there cannot be many different gods."

Christianity say:
C S Lewis expands on the idea and shows why the non Christian really has no logical alternative but to accept that Jesus is God:

?I?m ready to accept Jesus as a great moral teacher, but I don?t accept his claim to be God.? That is the one thing we must not say. A man who was merely a man and said the sort of things Jesus said would not be a great moral teacher. He would either be a lunatic-on a level with the man who says he is a poached egg-or else he would be the Devil of Hell. You must make your choice. Either this man was, and is, the Son of God; or else a madman or something worse.

You can shut him up for a fool, you can spit at him and kill him as a demon; or you can fall at his feet and call him Lord and God. ?

All are man made but one.
Judaism was named after Judah, Christianity was named after Christ and Trinity, The Aryans (Indo Europeans of Jewish descent who came invading India and settled around the Indus Region called themselves Hindus based on the region of their settlement) latter messed up the monotheistic ways of the native Indian's, the Dravidians, infiltrated their corrupted ways and created Hinduism, Buddha who was born a Hindu rejected the corrupted ways of Hinduism and preached the Truth, but sadly after his death, his own people , the Hindus, came back to mess up the true teachings of Buddha, incorporated certain Hindu doctrines and created Buddhism.

Then came Islam to put everything back into the right tract. Meantime The Sikhs who were one of the native Dravidian tribes, were practicing Hindusm till the coming of Guru Nanak to correct them to the right religion and all his followers initially became Muslims following Islam upon its introduction. This can be understood from the fact that Guru Nanak making several trips to Mecca and entering Kaaba, which was a forbidden city to non Muslims from the time of the Prophet Muhammad. It would have been impossible for Guru Nanak to enter the Kaaba in Mecca if Guru Nanak was not a Muslim than. But unfortunately, due to extreme practice by the Muslim Moghul emperors who ruled India, the latter day Sikh Gurus, turn away from Islam and named a new religion called Sikhism, the way of the Sikhs a community.

Out of all mentioned, Islam alone stands as the only Divinely Approved True Religion of the Only Creator, because it was not named after a person or a Tribe like the others.

No surprise Islam is the fastest growing religion . http://www.turntoislam.com
