Default Question for Sikhism..!!?

When you do Paath (any) and then stop all of a sudden because you forget or are doing something else, is this bad?

That is human mind, it always does that. One moment it is here while other time it is in new york. It is not sin or bad but needs attention. Even doing work, you can tune with lord.
