Yes, of course. Several months ago someone else asked about that and a couple of people who practiced Sikhism also advised them they could indeed convert if they wished. Sikh adherents are generally very open and tolerant. Our local Sikh temple will even feed you and shelter you for the night if you are a traveler and you seek them out and ask nicely. I don't know a lot about their faith, but I do know from my interactions with them as a group they have always been very pleasant. I'm sure if you sought a Sikh temple in your area they could advise you further.
