Absolutely, it says that anyone that doesn't follow Allah is an infidel and must be killed. How's that for a peaceful and loving religion?

Lo! Those who believe, and those who are Jews, and Christians, and Sabians - whoever believer in Allah (God) and the Last Day and doth right - surely their reward is with their Lord, and there shall no fear come upon them neither shall they grieve. (Albaqarah 62)

Hi Good question,

The Quran was revealed in about 6Th century Arabia. So, although there were no Hindus, the population there was polytheistic. and yes there are many comments about and against polytheism.
It might help you to know though that the greatest sin in Islam is associating partners with God.
I don't know the other 2 so I cannot answer.

I believe most religions mentioned in Qur'an were monotheism religions , as Zoroastrianism ,Mandaeism,Judaism and Christianity .

the basic and main teaching of Islam and Qur'an is that God is one , most Eastern religions are polytheism religions ,but in mentioned Sabin's with a condition believing in one God .
