Could someone give me the skinny on Taoism?

I got some education on the subject in high school but I feel like I'm in need of a quick review.

I don't think there is really a "quick" way to explain Taoism.
I would suggest you research it.

Whatever you do don't confuse the Philosophy of Taoism with the Religion of Taoism or you will get chewed out.
