I have no sites but I am not of Taoism but all it is believing in your self.

The Atheist Experience did a whole pod cast on Taoism. Look it up on Itunes.

I found Wayne Dyer's book - "Change your thoughts change your life" - Living the wisdom of the Tao - very interesting and extremely easy to understand. It is, of course his own interpretation of Taoism, as would be any other site that you may find.
