Default Taoism, Confucianism, and Shintoism why are they so closely tied to china?

Why do you think that Taoism, Confucianism, and Shintoism are so closely tied to the historical cultures of China and Japan?

Lao Tzu and Confucius were both Chinese men who lived during the earlier phases of the empires of China. As such, they influenced the thought of growing national identities. It's hard to shake early influences.

As for Shinto, much of it can be classified under "animism," and is believed by many scholars to be the synchronization between older Japanese Animism and Buddhism that came about after Buddhism was introduced to Japan. This was necessary, as the nobility quickly adopted Buddhism, but the peasantry did not; Shinto was an attempt to fuse the old beliefs with the new beliefs.

But, that is why Shinto is so tied to Japan: it originated there, evolving from earlier Animist beliefs, and was a deliberate scheme that influenced culture.

Because they all have the same origin. As Judaism, Christianity and Islam rooted from the same region, these 3 religion or philosophy stems from the same.

Well, Shintoism is tied to Japan. But, there are Prue-Buddhist ideas that were major movers in their respective regions. Especially, I'd say more than the others, Taoism. Taoism can be found in many religions, and is a beneficial thought process.
