I doubt it. The Chinese government is anti-religion.

How is Taoism practiced? That magic and gods thing sure isn't Taoism.

Yes. Religion is nowhere near as restricted in China than it previously was. I went to a Buddhist Lama Temple and people were free to worship.

Yep you can and so are others like Christianity, Buddhism etc.
