Vodou is a religion and a magical system. Magic is done within the but usually with the aid of the Law. The Law are the spirits of Vodou and they are similar to saints or angels. There are no chants or spells. There are however prayers and songs to call the Law. These are usually learned by attending a service at a house. You may be able to find them on line but without the proper knowledge on how to use them and how to call the Law then you should not mess with it. It is the same with working magic. If you do not know how to work magic then dint do it. If you really want to learn about the religion then you need to find a Mambo or Hougan that teaches. That is the one way to learn about Vodou.
