Default A question about Voodoo, blackmagic, Witchcraft?

People say that the person casting the curse have to believe the curse is going to work in order for it to work. Well I want to know that if the person that's having the curse put on them if they don't believe what happens? What if that person is determined to be happy and successful no matter what will it work. If the spell caster has to believe for it to work then the victim has to believe also right?

Voodoo, Blackmagic and Witchcraft are not real. Therefore, if someone puts a spell on you there is nothing to worry about.

Wiccans believe that if you curse or put a "bad spell" on someone, it will come back on you three-fold. To be honest I think it is a bunch of oho-ha, but I am Buddhist so what do I know?

the person casting a curse or a bad spell will receive it back ten fold not wise to do this. and I would imagine that you would have to give in a believe this is happening to you

No. You can cast spells and hexes on people without there knowledge and it works fine. I know this for a fact.but in this world one all ways reaps what one sows.

I would say no. I am sorry, but as long as the caster is manifesting it into the physical it will still be there.

You can counter it though. Even if you aren't a witch. You can pray to whatever god/Des you worship. This is a form of magi ck and is more powerful than it is normally thought to be.

Please listen to me, I don't care how much someone believes in any curse that they are trying to project on someone. They just do not have the power to do so. Also when someone is stupid enough to try to curse someone, The price that they will have to pay would be so terrible that it could cause their death in a most horrible and disgusting manner................ Also there are only about one person in a billion that is born with the power to do such a thing. And that person would have to be trained for many years, Before they even attempted to do that. So if I were you I would not really care what some numb-nut said about cursing you.He or she read or heard some non-sense and believes that if he or she really believes its possible to curse someone Lil. And that fact that you believe that person makes me wonder about your mind-set. But rest assured that you are safe from that numb-nut. And don't forget to laugh the next time you see him or her.................... For I am laughing now Lil............................................... ...............

negative energy is not something that you really want to just haphazardly toss out into our universe, now, do you? think about it... energy is real and it can manifest itself in real ways, on emotional, spiritual, and physical levels. it can also put you in a bad place, it can effect you (negatively) on a more intense level than the one you are trying to cast the spell on.
why not send positive light out into the world instead
it seems to be a better choice for all involved
think about it
peace

First off, witchcraft is not a dark art. A witch who follows the old ways can only practice the craft with the in tension of doing good. It is forbidden for a witch of the old ways to harm another.

Second, I have heard that the receiver of the curse does not have to believe in the curse for it to work.

For the most part, yes. If the caster's will is stronger than the caster, then the spell won't work. But that is only if the caster is AWARE of the spell.

Yes you have to believe it to make it happen. One time I put a curse on my neighbor's house. All kinds of rabid birds were flying around his house and raccoons and possums in his yard. What I did was put rotting meat in his gutters and buried some in his lawn. Ok, OK. Maybe that doesn't qualify as belief but the curse was just as affective.

The victim does not always have to believe or even know about the curse, depending on how it was cast.
As a matter of fact, magi ck that depends on the beliefs of the victim are usually only psychological manipulations.

Unfortunately for the point of view you express, humans have mental bodies as well as physical bodies, and just as someone who wishes the victim ill can place a physical trap that can inject a poison into the victim, someone who wishes the victim ill and who knows magi ck can place an Astral trap that can harm the victim, can summon a being and define as its sustenance the vitality or the positivity or the luck of the victim, can target Astral weapons on the victim, can contract with gods, goddesses, or other spirits to do the victim ill, all without the victim's belief or knowledge being involved.

That is the idea. If you curse someone they must believe in that curse for it to have any real power over them. When people believe they are curse they will start acting different then they normally would. They will worry and worry and eventually bring to curse to life. I believe you can have a spirit follow you and take your life little by little. These spirits must be taken off of you. This is different than a curse though.
