Can using anger management dolls (like a voodoo doll) kill someone?

say I make a doll that doesn't really stand for anybody, but whenever I'm mad at someone I beat it up and stick pins in it. It couldn't really kill someone, could it?

Maybe at first u would be alright with it.But as time moves on u would want to do it real.Because that's how the devil leads people into sin.The best substitution for anger is to forgive the one who hurt.Sometimes its hurt when the thing they did is bad.But as u forgive people u will understand that anger is easy to deal with.Another way anger is caused is when we dint get our own way to be done.This can be substitute with humility.But GOD does want to love u and help u with Ur problem.U can start by.

Be careful. While you may think you are managing anger by sticking pins into a doll, you may be overlooking the thoughts that go with the action of sticking the pins. Thoughts can have very powerful effects, and it is possible you are actually biting more than you intend to chew.

Why don't you work at being less mad at people? They say prevention is better than cure.

No. But if by beating up a doll you get a release of the anger you are feeling towards someone, beat away. Better to take it out on a doll than a real person.

The doll can not kill anyone, and it sounds like you're doing that for simple stress relief, so why not? I would be careful with doing stuff like that too often though, for the simple reason that you're not dealing with the actual problem. You may develop more of an obsessive hatred for that person, rather than an effective method of dealing with issues in your life. But if it works for you as a way to symbolize your frustration and get your anger out in a manner that doesn't harm that person, then go ahead, stick away!
