voodoo or hoodoo, which one is more powerful?

simple question, out of this whole world of magi ck, voodoo and all other kind of path,, which one is the most powerful??

Does it really matter? Power is always inversely proportional to control, so to want whatever is most powerful means not being able to use it. Better to stick a bit nearer the middle of the road.

From what I know (or think I know), voodoo works whether the victim believes in it or not; hoodoo only works if the victim accepts that it will work.
