No not really. But i saw the movie "Rosemary's Baby" ,it gave me the creeps. I think it was a good way to demonstrate what the world has in-store for people who are non believers. The movie wasn't totally about witchcraft, but part of it.
This is kinda complicated, but I'll try to explain.
i believe that yes, you can do black magic, but that it disarms itself when used for no purpose. IE- you can't just go killing random people
Feel free to thumbs down for my absolute disregard for the physically impossible. Magic is natural, not supernatural.
On the plus side, if you believe you've been cursed, you'll focus on all the bad things that happen to you, and not on the good. And it may cause you to be distracted enough that bad things do happen to you. But that's only because you gave bad psychology sway over your life.
Witches don't curse people. Part of their theology is to not harm others! They also know that whatever they do to others will come back to them three-fold.
I know Voodoo dolls work, my friend made one of her ex. and lit it on fire and put it out, so if it was real he wouldn't die. The guy did not know she did this, the next day he was burning her stuff and his hair caught on fire.
As a previous poster stated. Witches don't curse people.
Most Witches follow law of return and do not wish to have all that bad energy come smacking them back in the face.
Voo Doo is also a religion. Not a TV Movie. And I don't believe in Demons. Lower entities not demons.
Kindness gives back kindness, If you give out feelings and thoughts of goodness and love you can protect yourself from those types of bad energy given but those who are not magical simply unhappy.
