I'd worry about the person stabbing the doll and getting stuck with the dull rusty pin that goes through the doll and accidental stabs the witch. Then the infection sets in where the rusty pin punctured the skin. Now we have an angry witch with an infection too. The infection gets worse because the witch doesn't believe in traditional healers. The infection grows and causes paralysis of the hand with arthritis. Gang green sets in and the witch has to cut off the arm or die from blood poison. When you wander away from your dream land, look for a sick woman with one arm in a very bad mood.
