normally, a voodoo doll represents and looks like one of your enemies. You then start to stab the doll Whit pins, and your enemies will feel all the pain, in the same location on the doll where you poked it. Pretty wild, evil, demonic crap, huh??

You're supposed to dress it up as someone you hate and put pins in it. It's supposed to inflict pain to the actual person it's dressed up as in the places you stick the pins in. You can also burn it, cut it open, shoot it, etc.
