Default Is Keynesian economics the new "voodoo economics?"?

I mean come on, it can't possibly be healthy for the Federal govt to go trillions of dollars into arrears just to "stimulate" an economy in recession.

Keynesian economics is by no means new, and Reagan's so called "voodoo economics" is just a derivation of Keynesianism.

I agree, it can't possibly be healthy, but I've been called dumb so many times by people with advanced degrees in economics that I don't care to list them. Supposedly, they know better, and the whole world uses this system. This is one case where I hope I don't get to say "I told you so".

We have been using a form of Keynesian economics for nearly the last 80 years through tax cuts and increased government spending. Every President has.

Keynesian economics calls for a mixed economy, which we have been running for decades now.

If you don't believe me, then name the brand of economics that we have been using.
